OUR STORY

Kai Ramen was founded by American Born Japanese Chef Nishimura who has more than 20 years of experience in ramen culinary skills. Kai Ramen has also received numerous awards and the most recent being as the Top 10 Ramen by EATERS in the Los Angeles Area.

We DO NOT use pre-packaged factory manufactured soup. All broths are prepared fresh daily only in our own kitchen boiled over 18 HOURS. Our dedicated chefs prepare all-out food with heart and soul to cook only the real authentic taste of Japanese Ramen right here in Arcadia CA.
